Here’s an easy mango sorbet recipe that your kids will literally be able to do on their own, and the results are so, so, SO yummy.
Place all of your sorbet ingredients into a blender and puree…pour it it into a baking pan…and let it freeze. Thats it! And the result? A sweet, healthy, juicy, lip-puckering treat that both you and your kiddos will go nutty for! So perfect for this time of year!
2 Cups Frozen Cubed Mango
2 Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Cream
1/4 Cup Honey
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a bread loaf pan and freeze until solid. Remove from freezer a couple of minutes before serving and scoop into bowls with an ice cream scoop.
